Obsessed with this tool

I absolutely love Clean Email! My inbox was out of control, and I almost gave up. The Bulk Email Deleter was a lifesaver. I cleared out thousands of old emails in minutes, it was so satisfying! And the Auto Clean feature is amazing, it keeps things tidy without me even thinking about it. I even tried the Mobile App for iOS, and it works perfectly. My email life is so much better now. I will definitely be renewing my subscription when the time comes!

Email cleanup made easy

My email was a disaster, seriously. I tried Clean Email after a friend mentioned it. The Unsubscriber tool was super handy, got rid of all those newsletters I never read. It was pretty easy to use, just linked my account and let it do its thing. My inbox is much cleaner now, feels good. The mobile app worked fine too, took 3 days to get all set up on my phone and desktop.

Good value for annual plan

I was looking for a way to clean up my inbox without spending a fortune. I saw that Clean Email offered a discount for annual billing, which was a good saving compared to monthly. The Inbox Cleaner worked well, got rid of a lot of old junk. Paid about $30 less than if I went monthly, so it felt like a smart purchase overall.

I'm trying to decide between Clean Email and Unroll.me. Anyone used both and have thoughts on which is better for just unsubscribing from a ton of junk?

J June Ito 2 months ago
Clean Email is way better for unsubscribing, in my experience. Unroll.me is okay but Clean Email gives you more control and options for things you *don't* want to unsubscribe from but still clean up.

I used Unroll.me for a bit then switched. Clean Email feels more robust for actual inbox management, not just unsubscribing. Plus, I heard some iffy things about Unroll.me's data practices, afaik.

Do they have a free trial or something so I can check it out before paying for a subscription?

A Alex Osei 2 months ago
Yeah, they have a freemium model. You can use some basic stuff for free to get a feel for it before you have to pay for the advanced features.

There's definitely a free version. It's not a timed trial exactly, more like basic features are always free, and then you upgrade for the heavy-duty stuff.

Is there a good time of year to buy Clean Email? Like do they have big sales?

J Julia 2 months ago
Definitely Black Friday/Cyber Monday is when they do their biggest discounts, usually like 50% off. Keep an eye out then.

Yeah, I got my annual plan during a New Year's promo. You can save 20-30% usually just by going annual, but the seasonal ones are even better.

hey, was thinking about trying Clean Email but worried about security. is it actually safe to connect to my main Gmail account?

N Neil 1 month ago
Yeah, I've been using it for like 6 months with my primary Gmail. No issues at all. They say they don't store your actual emails, just the headers.

I was concerned too, but did some digging. They seem pretty legit about privacy, even have an article comparing themselves to competitors and how they handle data differently. Haven't had any problems yet.

If I get the annual plan, can I manage more than one email account with it? I have a work and personal Gmail.

N Nina Hughes 2 months ago
Yep, you can add multiple accounts. I have my personal and a couple of side project emails all linked under one subscription.

I think it depends on the plan you pick, but for personal use, the standard annual plan usually lets you add more than one. They also have family/team plans for even more.
